Biography

Kelly Armstrong has been an Occupational Therapist for over 18 years and currently has a private practice in Jacksonville, FL. She has specialized in Pediatrics, Pain Management and has recently turned her focus to Scar Release and its complex relationships with the nervous systems and relating health issues. She is certified in Sensory Integration (SIPT), Interactive Metronome, and Therapeutic Listening. She has also extensively studied Oriental Medicine, NeuroAnatomical Acupuncture, and Integrative Pain management. Co-Author of “Functional Acupuncture for Pain Management.” and Instructor for Acumed Pain Education. Kelly is a Master Pain Practitioner (MPP), and maintains two blogging sites: www.Queenofscars.com and www.PainExpertKelly.com. Kelly Armstrong in an international author/speaker, lecturing extensively around the world on the topics of Scar Release Therapy, Pain Management, Sport Performance, Pediatric and Women’s Health for over 5 years. She is a qualified Continuing Education (CE) provider both nationally and at the state level (Florida) for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Acupuncture, and Massage, instructing over 120 Continuing Education Pain seminars to date.
